For this reason, we would also like to help you with cancellation and refund procedures. The cancellation and refund conditions for consultation fees and deposit fees for surgeries you have purchased from us are as follows.
CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION IA AT
GENERAL:
If you purchase our services that we offer electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales contract presented to you.
(Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service they purchase).
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Among the services we offer you, the deposit fee for surgeries can be canceled unconditionally up to 1 month before the specified surgery date.
The consultation fee from the services we offer you can be canceled unconditionally up to 3 days before the specified consultation date.
IF THE SERVICE CANNOT BE PERFORMED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
If force majeure occurs that iMed Medical cannot foresee and the purchased service cannot be performed in due time, the situation shall be notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the service or postponement until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; If the payment has been made in cash, this fee will be paid in cash within 14 days from the date of cancellation. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it is possible that the bank will transfer it to the buyer’s account within 2-3 weeks.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
Deposit fee for surgeries among the services we offer you, the deposit fee will not be refunded for cancellations made within one month before the date of surgery.
Consultation fee from the services we offer you, consultation fee will not be refunded for cancellations made within the last 3 days before the consultation date.
DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
The Buyer accepts, declares and undertakes that if he/she defaults in the event that he/she makes payment transactions by credit card, he/she will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and the bank and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may apply for legal remedies; may request the costs and attorney’s fee from the Buyer and in any case, if the Buyer defaults due to the Buyer’s debt, the Buyer agrees to pay the loss and damage incurred by the Seller due to the delayed performance of the debt.
PAYMENT:
You can pay online with your credit cards through our website. For online payments, the amount will be debited from your credit card at the end of your order.
